Vehicles are accessible ONLY to drivers who are 21 years or older and have a clean driving record, which includes no major moving violations, DUI convictions, or similar offenses. All renters who allow an underage driver to operate the vehicle will be fined $2,000 and their rental will be canceled immediately. Each renter MUST be physically present at the time of vehicle pickup. We do NOT permit thirdparties to collect vehicles on behalf of others, and our staff must directly hand the keys to theindividual who will be driving.

Required Insurance Coverage: 150/300/50 (Comp/Collision) All renters are required to have insurance that protects against damages to the vehicle in the event of an accident. To rent a vehicle, customers need to utilize the insurance policy associated with their owned or leased vehicle. After we receive your insurance details, we will contact your insurance provider to confirm its authenticity, and then you can start your rental.Note: The insurance required is full coverage driver insurance, which includes comprehensive, collision, and liability on one or more vehicles.

You can add an extra driver to your Rental Agreement free of charge. Each additional drivermust be present at the time of vehicle pickup, provide their driver’s license beforehand, and willface the SAME age, licensing, and driving-record requirements as the primary renter. Pleasenote, we allow only one additional driver per vehicle.

We offer considerable flexibility regarding vehicle return times, including a 1-hour grace period from your scheduled return time.Renters are required to return the vehicle at the designated time they received it or face late return fees of up to $150 per hour. Clients who do NOT adhere to our return policy and bringback the vehicle late will be charged accordingly. If the car does not come back after a certaintime, the vehicle will be reported as STOLEN to the police.

If you receive any tickets or tolls while driving the rental vehicle, YOU will be responsible forthe associated towing costs, tolls, penalties, or fees. Always keep your rental contract in thevehicle with you in case you are pulled over.Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank. Whenrefueling, all vehicles MUST be filled with premium grade (91+ octane) gasoline.There is a $2,000 fee for using a lower grade fuel, and additional costs may apply if thevehicle is damaged as a result. Our fuel detectors will notify us if a lower grade fuel is used.

Our rental vehicles may not be used for the following purposes:

• By anyone who is not licensed to drive or whose driver’s license is suspended or restricted

• For any illegal purpose or in connection with illegal activities

• To transport persons or property for hire

• To push or tow anything.•

To exceed posted speed limits

• In any speed test, contest, race, rally, endurance event, demonstration, or on or near anyracetrack or road course

• To teach someone to drive

• On any unpaved surface

• For standing on the vehicle (hood, roof, trunk)

If these prohibited uses are violated, we reserve the right to terminate your rental and retrieve thevehicle.

All our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems, allowing us to monitor their speed.While we won’t contact you for every instance of speeding, we will reach out if we receive anexcessive number of notifications. If we determine that you are frequently endangering yourselfand the vehicle, it will result in the TERMINATION of your rental. YOU will be heldresponsible for any mechanical damage to our vehicles caused by abusive behavior or streetracing.

We reserve the right to pull your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) at our discretion before the startof your rental. We do NOT rent to clients with a suspended license due to insurance and liabilityconcerns.

Vehicles are accessible to international visitors who possess a valid passport and a driver’slicense from their home country.ONLY clients from outside the country who are eligible to rent are those who can provide amajor credit card that includes rental insurance in the US, or those with a valid, active US carinsurance policy on a US-registered vehicle.

You can opt to pick up or return your vehicle at our office, or have it delivered directly to yourhome, office, hotel, airport, or any other location within 50 miles for a fee of $100.For locations over 50 miles, additional fees will apply based on your specific location.Please note: To ensure on-time service, all pick-up and delivery arrangements must be confirmedat least 24 hours in advance. Changes to pick-up or delivery times or locations made with lessthan 24 hours’ notice may result in an additional transportation fee.

When you book a reservation, we will immediately charge the full amount of the rental.Due to our limited vehicle availability and tightly packed schedule, we provide a 24-hour grace period following your booking to make any changes or cancellations (unless your rental starts within 7 days), after which a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost applies.If you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your rental date, or if you fail to show up at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total rental cost will be charged.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover,as well as cash payments. Additionally, we accept payments through Zelle and PayPal. Pleasenote, taxes still apply to transactions paid in cash — we adhere to legal business practices.Please be aware that we do not accept personal or business checks. There will also be no refunds.Renters must also leave a security deposit of $2,000, which will be returned when the rental iscomplete UNLESS there are damages etc.

Our rental fleet in New York is RESTRICTED to travel within the states of PA, NJ, NY, and CTunless prior written approval is obtained. If the vehicle is detected outside these areas, the driverwill be contacted.If the driver does not respond, the vehicle will be reported as STOLEN to the police.

Please do NOT smoke or vape in our vehicles. Due to our rotating inventory and frequent backto-back rentals, smoking or vaping in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a*$500* fine deducted from your deposit. Consider the customers who will rent the vehicle afteryou.Additionally, please do NOT drink and drive while using our vehicles. We reserve the right tocancel any reservations if we believe you are endangering yourself or the vehicle. Any clientfound driving under the influence will immediately FORFIT the rental and the entire rentalbalance.

Daily and weekend rentals include 75 free miles per day, while weekly rentals include 525 freemiles. Each additional mile driven beyond these limits will incur a charge of $2 per mile.If a vehicle is driven more than double the allotted mileage, an additional surcharge will beapplied to cover excess wear-and-tear.
